A city venue at Jackson Square
Our Adelaide partner venue, in Hindmarsh, five kilometres west of the CBD. Hands-on pasta, dumplings and mozzarella classes in a dedicated function space we have the run of when our class is on.
An Adelaide venue, in Hindmarsh
Jackson Square is our Adelaide partner venue. It sits at 57 Manton Street in Hindmarsh, five kilometres west of the city centre, on the road out to Port Adelaide. It is a dedicated function space, which means when our class is on, the venue is ours. No sharing, no other party in the next room.
If you have wanted to take one of our classes but the drive to Yankalilla or McLaren Vale felt too far for a Tuesday night, this is the one for you. Drive in, take the train into Bowden, or bus down Port Road. Cook in the main area for two and a half to three hours. Eat what you made at the long bench.
The format
Same as our Peninsula venues. Small groups, hands-on, everything prepped, recipes printed to take home.
What runs here
Pasta nights, dumpling sessions and mozzarella mornings. We also host private hens parties, corporate team builds, milestone birthdays, and conference days. Group bookings run from twenty up to fifty guests depending on the class.
The venue has an open bar, run by the Jackson Square team. You order your drinks directly from the venue staff while we focus on the class. Break-out spaces are available for guests who want a quieter moment between hands-on sections. The Jackson Square team can add full catering for larger group bookings.
Why we partnered with Jackson Square
Most of our guests live in Adelaide. A midweek class an easy drive from home, with the whole venue to ourselves and the bench laid out for twenty, is a different kind of night. It is also the only one of our partner venues built specifically for groups, for the corporate days and the larger celebrations we previously had to turn away.
