We joined the Mozzarella Cheese making day at the Milang Butter Factory - had a fantastic day - loads of fun and very productive - got to take home cheeses, our own butter and the bi product of the cheesemaking - the whey, which has been amazing in our protein shakes - Jackie and John were excellent teachers, organised and knowledgeable and also attentive to us all - we also enjoyed trying the Kanoetree wines - thank you all for a grand experience!

My husband and I were lucky enough to be able to get into the often booked out Steak Masterclass @bungalahouse Yankalilla. Even though the weather was dismal, we had an absolute blast. Steve was very informative with the steak and meat industry and Jackie was fantastic in sharing her knowledge of using native ingredients in your own home cooking. Well worth the money and a way to meet new people either locally or from afar.
A fabulous afternoon making mozzarella cheese. Jackie and John were masters at teaching and demonstrating the process. A wonderful experience and lots of fun.
