Frequently Asked Questions
How long are the gift vouchers valid?
All gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. You can book any available class date within that period.
Will Mum receive a physical voucher?
Vouchers are delivered instantly by email as a unique code. You can forward the email straight to Mum or include the code in your own card.
Can she choose which class to attend?
Absolutely. The voucher lets her pick from any of our scheduled classes including cheese making, pasta making, sausage making and more. Check our events page for the latest timetable.
Are drinks included?
A glass of wine is included with our pasta and dumpling classes. A gin tasting is included at our Cut Hill Distillery cheese making classes. No need to bring your own.
What is the refund and rescheduling policy?
Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. If Mum needs to change her class date, she can reschedule once, as long as we are notified at least 14 days before the original booking. Only one date change is allowed per voucher. If we need to cancel a class for any reason, the value will be credited back to the voucher so she can rebook a future session.
Where are the classes held?
Our classes are held at beautiful venues across the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia, just over an hour from Adelaide. Locations include Bungala House, Chapel Hill Wine in McLaren Vale, Lot 50 and Cut Hill Distillery. The exact venue is listed on each class, so you will always know where you are headed before you book.
