Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Wholemeal Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 125 grams Almonds
  • 125 grams Dried Figs
  • 75 grams Sunflower Seeds
  • 75 grams Pumpkin Seeds
  • 4 stalks Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all your ingredients and place in a lined loaf tin.
  • Bake in a 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
  • Leave to cool on a wire rack until completely cool and then slice into thin slices.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes at 150 degrees and then flip and bake another 10-15 minutes. The time will vary depending on the thickness of your crackers.
