Tired of paying for these delicious but very expensive crackers. Want something sensational on your cheese board! Why not make your own Fig Crackers. These delicious little biscuits are so easy to make and you can get creative and add your own flavours.
Fig & Rosemary Crackers
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Wholemeal Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 125 grams Almonds
- 125 grams Dried Figs
- 75 grams Sunflower Seeds
- 75 grams Pumpkin Seeds
- 4 stalks Rosemary
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Mix all your ingredients and place in a lined loaf tin.
- Bake in a 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
- Leave to cool on a wire rack until completely cool and then slice into thin slices.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes at 150 degrees and then flip and bake another 10-15 minutes. The time will vary depending on the thickness of your crackers.
