Mix all your ingredients and place in a lined loaf tin.
Bake in a 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Leave to cool on a wire rack until completely cool and then slice into thin slices.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes at 150 degrees and then flip and bake another 10-15 minutes. The time will vary depending on the thickness of your crackers.
