Are you in the mood for a delicious, crispy snack that’s packed with fresh vegetables and bold flavors? Look no further! My Thai Inspired Spring Rolls are the perfect treat. These spring rolls are not only tasty but also healthier, thanks to air frying instead of deep frying.
What Makes These Spring Rolls Special?
These spring rolls combine the vibrant, fresh flavors of grated daikon, carrot, cabbage, green beans, and green onions with a homemade Thai paste that brings a punch of flavor. The paste, made from a blend of kaffir lime leaves, lime juice, celery or coriander, and a touch of heat from chillies, perfectly complements the vegetables. The rolls are then air-fried to golden perfection, making them crispy on the outside and deliciously fresh on the inside.
Healthier and Convenient
By using an air fryer, you reduce the oil content significantly while still achieving that desirable crunch. Plus, air frying is quicker and cleaner than traditional frying methods, making this recipe a convenient choice for busy days.
Perfect for Any Occasion
These spring rolls are incredibly versatile. Serve them as a delightful appetizer at your next dinner party, a snack for a movie night, or even as a light lunch. They pair wonderfully with your favorite dipping sauce, adding an extra layer of flavor to each bite.
