Red Chilli's (adjust to liking)

Salt (or to taste)
Instructions
Puree your ginger, chilli's and lemongrass in the 100mls of water.
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and simmer for up to 5 minutes until thick and combined.
Let sauce cool slightly and then place in sterilised jars.
Enjoy on Bang Bang Chicken and with a nice glass of d'Arenberg Chardonnay.
