Everyone has a favourite go to recipe for BBQ Pork Ribs. Here is my take. I've made in the pressure cooker but they can also be slow cooked or made in the oven with slight variations.
Option 1: If cooking in the oven place the ribs in a 180 degree pre-heated oven for 45 mins. Then baste one side of the ribs with sauce and place back into the oven for another 15 minutes. Turn baste the other side and cook for another 15 minutes.
Option 2: Set pressure cooker to 70 PSI for 30 mins.
Option 3: Slow cook for 2 1/2 - 3 Hours on high or 6-8 hours on Med. Meat should be almost falling off the bone. Serve with additional sauce on the side.
